The short version
This notice covers the data practices of bonus-strike.org.uk, the independent portal you're reading now – not Bonusstrike itself, which runs its own casino and sportsbook on its own domain. We explain here what we collect when you browse this site or use our contact form, and what happens to information the moment you leave for the operator's platform.
In short: we collect the minimum needed to run a review site, we don't sell anything, and once you register or deposit with Bonusstrike, that relationship and its data are governed by Bonusstrike's own privacy terms, not ours.
Data you hand over versus data we observe
Two categories of information reach us. The first is what you actively submit – your name and email address if you use the contact form, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
The second is observed automatically: your browser type, approximate location, device information, and pages viewed, gathered through standard analytics and cookie technology (see our separate cookie policy for detail). Neither category includes anything about a Bonusstrike account, balance or betting history – we have no access to that, and no mechanism to request it.

Processors and transfers
We use third-party hosting, analytics and, where relevant, advertising providers to operate this portal. These processors act under contract and only handle data for the purposes above – we do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not pass it to Bonusstrike or any other operator.
Where a processor is based outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are applied in line with UK GDPR requirements before any transfer takes place.
Exercising your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the data we hold on you, object to certain processing, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent at any point. To do any of this, write to [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can also complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Retention and under-18s
We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet any legal obligation, then delete it. Analytics data is held in aggregated or anonymised form after a limited period.
This site, and the gambling content it discusses, is restricted to visitors aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and any such data identified will be removed.
